About Ampliflow

Ampliflow is a LinkedIn outreach automation tool for founders and sales teams.

About The Role

Build Ampliflow's UI fast, with vibes. You'll prototype features on Tuesday, ship them by Friday, and learn from production traffic over the weekend. AI-assisted coding (Cursor, Claude Code) is the default. This is a frontend role focused on shipping product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ship UI features against the open roadmap, weekly
  • Prototype new ideas the founders sketch, same day if it's small
  • Tune the design system as we add components
  • Read production logs and analytics to find what's actually slow, broken, or confusing
  • Pair with the founder-engineer who reviews your PRs
  • Own a slice of the product end-to-end

What You'll Learn

  • How an early-stage product gets built, from sketch to ship to user feedback
  • How modern AI-assisted coding changes the dev loop
  • How to use production data to decide what to build next
  • How to design and document a real, lived-in design system

Requirements & Tech Stack

  • Comfortable with React/TypeScript, Tailwind, and modern frontend tools
  • Strong product taste
  • Fluent with AI-assisted coding (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot)
  • Bias toward shipping over architecting
  • Self-directed, able to own outcomes with minimal supervision

Nice to Have

  • Shipped a side project that real users actually use
  • Familiarity with Vite, Vercel, or Fly.io
  • Cared enough about a design system to write one
  • Past life as a designer, or a designer's instinct in your code

Details

  • Stipend: Market-standard, paid monthly
  • Duration: 2 months, with potential to convert to a full-time role
  • Commitment: 4-6 hours per day
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Location: Hybrid in Bengaluru, or remote within India
