Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment as per standard operating procedures.
• Carry out production activities according to the daily production plan.
• Monitor machines and equipment during operation to ensure smooth production.
• Follow quality standards and inspect products during the manufacturing process.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the assigned work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
• Report machine abnormalities, defects or production issues to the supervisor.
• Assist in basic machine setup, changeover and routine maintenance activities.
• Maintain required production records and documentation.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of production and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to operate machines and production equipment.
• Basic technical and mechanical understanding.
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Attention to quality and safety.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
