About the Role

Akaount is hiring a Founding Team for its India-based operations. You will work directly with the founder of this Toronto-based startup, which provides bookkeeping, payroll, and tax services for Canadian businesses.

Open Roles

• Sales Executive (Canada market):
• Confident closer.
• Target: 30 to 40 new Canadian clients in the first 2 months.
• Marketing Specialist:
• Generate leads, starting with organic methods, then progressing to paid advertising with a planned and targeted budget.
• Bookkeeper / Payroll / Tax Associate:
• Manage 30 to 40 client files.
• Will receive a helper or assistant once the company crosses 50 clients.

Who Can Apply

• Based in Gujarat, India only. Fully remote.
• Speak Gujarati, Hindi, and very good English.
• Freshers to experienced are welcome.
• Must already know how to use AI in daily work and how to automate systems. No training will be provided.
• Must have a laptop and fast wifi.
• Ready to work 9 am to 9 pm Canadian time (night in India), with shift flexibility.

Pay and Perks

• Starting pay: 15,000 rupees per month plus bonus, incentives, and profit sharing.
• Promotion eligibility every 6 months.
• 3 months probation with stipend pay.
• After probation or on target achievement: work phone, wifi and stationery reimbursement, weekly food and movie ordering card.
• Monday to Friday. No weekends.
• Annual international or domestic trip for meeting targets.
• Future opportunity to work in Canada for top performers (T and C apply).
