About the Role

As a Member at Address Advisors, you will support real estate advisory and transaction activities across multiple asset classes. On a day-to-day basis, you will assist with property research, site visits, documentation, and coordination between internal teams and clients. You will help in preparing proposals and presentations, tracking deal progress, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and property details. The role also involves contributing to market analysis, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular collaboration with team members and direct engagement with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Strong research and analytical skills to evaluate properties, markets, and investment opportunities.
• Proficiency in client communication, relationship management, and professional presentation skills.
• Ability to manage documentation, contracts, and basic transaction processes with attention to detail.
• Comfort with fieldwork, including property inspections, site visits, and coordination with local stakeholders.
• Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or tracking systems).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team and interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred; prior exposure to real estate or sales is an advantage.
