About the Role

The Member role at Blitzpath Innovations is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves supporting projects that enhance customer experience, contributing to the development and execution of brand strategies, and assisting in implementing innovative solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements.
• Participate in brainstorming and design sessions.
• Document processes and outcomes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other project materials.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to contribute to customer experience and human-centric strategy initiatives, with an interest in digital-first innovation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and support decision-making.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas clearly.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working on-site in Mumbai and engaging directly with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous internship or professional experience in consulting, brand strategy, customer experience, or related domains is an advantage.
• Openness to learning new tools and methodologies, and a proactive approach to professional development.
