Junior Project Manager

About the Role

This is an entry-level position designed for someone looking to begin a career in Project Management. The role involves assisting with coordinating Glazing and Specialty Metal Fabrication and Installation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day project coordination.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and contractors.
• Track project schedules, materials, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with Drafting, Production, and Installation teams.
• Maintain project documentation and follow up on outstanding items.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability and willingness to travel at least monthly, increasing to up to 35% travel as the individual becomes established in the role.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Glazing, specialty metals, or project coordination experience is a plus, but not required.
