Overnight Caregiver

About the Role

Sevita, through its ResCare Community Living division, provides quality services to empower individuals and enhance independence. We support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independently in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene.
• Support individuals with developmental goals, including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals served.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
