Key Responsibilities
- Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Assist individuals with their personal hygiene.
- Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
- Help participants engage with the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
- Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
- Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
- Experience supporting individuals with high behaviors is required for this high-behavior home role.
Details
- Location: Greeneville, TN
- Pay: $15.56/hr
- Schedule: Thurs 1P–7P; Fri–Sun 7A–7P
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Overtime and holidays worked: 1.5x pay
