About the Role
REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a Part Time Direct Support Professional position.
Key Responsibilities

- Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Valid Driver's License for at least one year post permit.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report that meets Sevita's insurability policy.
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
- Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
- Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
Position requires availability on Friday and Saturday from 9am - 9pm.
Location: Duluth, MN
Pay: $20.57 per hour.
