About the Role

Internship candidate to work on various initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within a premier corporate venture firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and drive cross-portfolio activities within the Dell Technologies Capital venture organization.
• Deliver key market analyses.
• Synthesize business and investment strategies.
• Conduct startup/early-stage scans for potential investment opportunities.
• Assist with deal execution infrastructure development.
• Assist with financial modeling.
• Conduct early-stage venture market analysis, startup landscapes, market opportunity sizing, and assess emerging venture areas.
• Research and develop market intelligence overviews and strategic tie-ins to Dell Technologies.
• Assist in various program and initiative creation, planning, execution, and communication processes.
• Conduct primary research on a wide range of technology and business areas.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Undergraduate degree in a Technical Field preferred.
• Regularly reviews technology blogs and research reports (e.g., VentureBeat, TechCrunch, etc.).
• Some working knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel and Powerpoint).
• Salesforce knowledge a plus.
• Preliminary understanding of the venture capital industry and structure.
• Ability to handle multiple project tasks while working within deadlines.
• Ability to interact effectively across many levels of management.
• Ability to collaborate and work independently with a willingness to work on small projects for quick implementation with little direction.

Compensation: $24.96-$36.57 per hour depending on location.
