Business Process Analyst, Intern

About the Role

The Business Process Analyst Intern will support the Business Services Office by assisting in the analysis and improvement of operational workflows. This internship offers hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. The intern will contribute to projects that enhance efficiency, support automation initiatives, and provide actionable insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing dashboards and reports using business process data.
• Analyze patient balances and denials to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support data analysts in developing predictive models to enhance decision-making.
• Participate in special projects focused on automation and process flow optimization.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Currently a Junior or Senior pursuing bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• Familiarity with large data sets and data tables.
• Exposure to programming tools such as R or Python preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Must be able to work onsite from January 11th, 2027 to April 30th, 2027.
• Requiring a minimum of 24 hours to be worked and up to 40 hours per week onsite.
• Must reside within a 100-mile radius of our location at 16680 Balance Cove, Land O' Lakes, FL 34638.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
