Job Title: Men's Ministry (Every Man A Warrior) Intern

Role Summary
Be part of TWR's Every Man a Warrior ministry, using your administration and leadership gifts to grow a global men’s ministry movement. Gain exposure to a ministry focused on growing godly men as Jesus-followers worldwide. Internship duration: 2-3 months. Remote, USA or Cary, NC.
Potential Duties & Assignments
- Leadership Team:
- Join EMAW National Leadership Team for weekly planning and strategy meetings.
- Events:
- Develop digital & physical collateral for upcoming EMAW events (Arise, Encounter, Equip conferences).
- Assist with planning upcoming events.
- Update and clean up the database.
- Send MailChimp invitations for events.
- Assist Staff & Ambassadors at one-day EMAW events.
- Administration:
- Assist with planning, administration, and implementation of “Getting Started Right” Zoom meetings.
- Assist with administration / participate in Half days with the Lord.
- Finalize the process and "kit" for New Staff (PowerPoint, documents).
- Organize and prepare files/Teams channels for Ambassadors to easily access training tools.
- Development Team:
- Assist the Development team to kickstart a new development initiative.
- Compose newsletters, email updates, and thank you notes.
- Communications Team:
- Assist the Communications team with communications initiatives.
Qualifications
- Marketing / Business / Missions background & education.
- Desire to receive training in:
- Having a deeper walk with God.
- Learning to have an effective men’s ministry.
- Starting a disciple-making ministry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Aptitude to learn:
- Microsoft Teams.
- MailChimp.
- CRM (Planning Center Online).
