Pool Service Technician (Paid Training)

About the Role

As a Pool Service Technician, you’ll run a weekly route of residential pools, keeping them clean, balanced, and working properly. You’ll work independently, enjoy time outdoors, and be the friendly face our homeowners trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Service residential pools on a weekly route.
• Skim, brush, and vacuum pools, and empty skimmer and pump baskets.
• Test and balance water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.).
• Clean filters and check that pumps, heaters, and equipment are working properly.
• Identify and report equipment problems or needed repairs.
• Perform minor repairs and part replacements (training provided).
• Keep service records and document each visit using a mobile app.
• Communicate with homeowners in a friendly and professional way.
• Keep your service vehicle and equipment clean and organized.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Pool service, landscaping, maintenance, or outdoor work experience is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Attention to detail and pride in doing a job right.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Basic smartphone skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
