About the Role
The Attribute Impact Group within the Department of Attribute Sciences is seeking a Process Development Associate. This role will investigate the impact of key product quality attributes on the safety and efficacy of biotherapeutics. The team supports drug product advancement by developing cell-based methods to assess the biological/immunogenic impact of drug product attributes. This information is shared with the product team for critical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate the impact of key product quality attributes on the safety and efficacy of biotherapeutics.
- Develop cell-based methods to assess biological/immunogenic impact of drug product attributes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity with immune and cell-based assays.
- Familiarity with 3D cell-culture/organoids.
Qualifications
- Experience with protein biochemistry is preferred.
- Experience with biotherapeutics is preferred.
- Experience with antibodies is preferred.
- Experience with drug product attributes is preferred.
Location: Onsite - ATO (Some hybrid work will be available)
Target PR Range: 18-20/hr DOE
