Cloud Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Managing servers via RDP session (Cyberark).
• Working with applications such as Microsoft Azure Cloud (PaaS), Azure Portal, App Insights, Blob Storage.
• Writing basic queries and understanding of joins (Microsoft SQL).
• Having basic experience with Kubernetes or Azure Kubernetes Services.
• Having basic experience with Containerization (e.g., Docker).
• Having basic experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipeline).
• Expertise with Monitoring tools such as DataDog, Splunk.
• Understanding of ITIL framework (or comparable ITSM framework).

Qualifications
