About the Role
TruPartner Credit Union is hiring a full-time Floater Teller to work across all 4 of its branches. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, adapt quickly to new environments, and seek a career with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and handle transactions with speed and accuracy
- Listen to member needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Resolve concerns with patience, empathy, and a calm attitude
- Balance transactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teammates across branches and departments
- Adjust smoothly to each branch's rhythm and team
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar is welcome)
- Comfort with basic computers and technology
- A natural communicator who enjoys working with people
- Reliable transportation to travel between branches
- Cash handling experience is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Qualifications
- Ability to split time across all 4 branches
- Adaptability to new environments and teams
- Interest in building relationships with members and teammates
Schedule: Monday through Friday, generally between 8:15 AM and 5:45 PM, with branch assignments based on staffing needs. Includes working approximately two Saturdays a month until 1:30 PM.
Mileage between branches is reimbursed.
