Retail Team Member

About the Role

Twice Daily is looking for a Retail Team Member for the 1st Shift. This role is described as the "engine of the company" and focuses on providing best-in-class service and food experiences to guests. Team members are expected to be cross-trained in multiple position types.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest and build lasting relationships.
• Treat every guest as if they are the first guest of the day.
• Prepare food, sell food, and assist guests in finding food items.
• Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in foodservice programs.
• Understand teammate and guest needs, take action to find answers and solutions.
• Resolve guest issues to encourage repeat business.
• Identify and communicate new and better ways of doing things.
• Provide a pristine environment for guests and uphold brand standards.
• Operate a cash register, stock shelves, clean restrooms, and execute marketing promotions.
• Cultivate an exciting and fun environment.
• Participate in the Made to Order program, acting as a liaison between guests and the kitchen.
• Provide food and drink samples, educate guests on offerings and promotions.
• Guide guests to products, assist with kiosk orders, and enroll guests in Loyalty Programs.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and kitchen equipment.
• Uphold sanitation, health, and safety standards.
• Follow Brand Standards, ensuring consistent and fresh food offerings.
• Manage kitchen responsibilities including ordering, product rotation, and inventory.
• Create handcrafted beverages.
• Collect payments, make accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 18+ years old
• Clear communication
• Ability to lift and stock inventory up to 50 pounds

• Ability to stand on feet for entire shift
• Ability to perform basic math functions

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior C-Store, retail, food service, or customer service experience
• Bilingual
• Desire for personal and professional advancement

• Weekend availability

Work Schedule

• Day Shift: 6 AM – 2 PM (1st Shift)
• Weekend availability preferred
• Overtime availability (optional)
