Retail Team Member

About the Role

Twice Daily is looking for motivated, energetic, outgoing, and reliable individuals to join their family of Team Members. As a Team Member, you will be the face of the company, ensuring best-in-class service and food experiences for guests. All team members are cross-trained and expected to perform multiple position types during a shift.

When You Work

• Evening Shift: 2 PM – 10 PM (2nd Shift)
• Weekend Availability Preferred
• Overtime Availability (Optional)

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Put a smile on every guest's face, welcome every guest, build lasting relationships, and treat every guest like they are the first guest of the day.
• Food Service: Prepare food, sell food, and help guests find food items, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Problem Solving: Understand and address the needs of teammates and guests, find answers and solutions, and resolve guest issues. Identify and communicate new and better ways of doing things.
• Cleaner & Fresher: Provide a pristine environment and uphold brand standards.
• Cashier: Run a cash register, stock shelves, clean restrooms, and promote marketing initiatives.
• Host/Hostess: Cultivate an exciting environment, personalize guest experiences, participate in the Made to Order program, and act as a brand ambassador. Provide food and drink samples, educate guests on offerings and promotions, guide guests to products, assist with kiosks, and enroll guests in Loyalty Programs.
• Food Service Team Member/Prep Cook: Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment, adhere to sanitation, health, and safety standards, follow brand standards, and manage ordering, product rotation, and inventory.
• Barista: Create handcrafted beverages, collect payments, make accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Prior C-Store, retail, food service, or customer service is greatly appreciated
• Bilingual
• Desire for personal and professional advancement
• Shift flexibility
• Weekend availability
