About the Role
- Ship&Receiving Clerk
- Reports to: Department Supervisor
- Location: Seattle, WA
- Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday; 12pm- 8:30pm)
Key Responsibilities
- Receives and unloads incoming materials.
- Compares packing slip information with purchase orders to verify shipment accuracy.
- May process return shipments from customers.
- Sorts, counts, packages, labels, insures, unpacks, and/or logs inventory that is shipped or received.
- Inspects shipments for damages or defects.
- Records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor and/or purchasing personnel.
- May operate a dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift for loading and unloading supplies and equipment.
- Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, including continuous quality improvement, safety, environmental, and/or infection control standards.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) Required.
- Tools: Dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift may be operated.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Ability to wear PPE (e.g., safety glasses, goggles, aprons, rubber boots, gloves, respirator - provided by Company).

Work Environment
- Work is performed in shop conditions.
- Temperatures can fluctuate with outside weather conditions and can be in excess of 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
