About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and empathetic Education Consultant to guide professionals and students through our training programs. You will act as a career advisor with an admission counselor, analyzing the goals of our leads and providing tailored recommendations on how our courses can accelerate their career growth and bridge their skill gaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth consultative calls with prospective learners to understand their professional backgrounds and future aspirations.
- Recommend the most appropriate training tracks based on a candidate's specific career trajectory and experience level.
- Navigate candidate hesitations regarding time or financial investments by clearly demonstrating the long-term ROI of upskilling.
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment cycle, from initial inquiry to final onboarding, ensuring a premium candidate experience.
- Maintain an organized pipeline in our CRM, tracking follow-ups and consistently meeting monthly enrollment targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proven experience in consultative sales, educational admissions, or career counseling.
- High emotional intelligence.
