About the Role

Admistay is a global admissions and student housing platform dedicated to simplifying the study abroad journey for international students. The head office is located in Sector 80, Noida, India.

The Student Accommodation Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for guiding students through the process of finding and securing suitable housing in global study destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with students and families to understand their accommodation needs.
• Explain different housing options.
• Support students with booking procedures and documentation.
• Coordinate with property partners and landlords.
• Verify accommodation details.
• Ensure listings are accurate, safe, and student-friendly.
• Respond to inquiries via calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
• Provide timely updates.
• Help resolve accommodation-related issues before and after move-in.
• Maintain records in internal systems.
• Collaborate with admissions and career services teams.
• Contribute to a student-focused, transparent service experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse students and families.
• Experience or formal training in student counseling, academic advising, or education-related support services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear presentation of housing options and policies.
• Customer service skills with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and timely resolution of student queries.
• Understanding of international education processes, study abroad pathways, or student housing markets is an advantage.
• Comfort with using digital tools, CRM or database systems, and online communication platforms.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field preferred.
