Finance & Accounting Rotation Associate

About the Role

Dentsply Sirona’s Finance & Accounting Rotational Program is a comprehensive three-year program.

• Participants will engage in three one-year development rotations across Dentsply Sirona’s Finance Organization.
• Rotations include:
• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Corporate Accounting
• Global Business Services
• Finance Specialists (Audit, Investor Relations, Treasury, Tax)
• Technical Accounting
• SEC Reporting
• Rotations are designed to improve financial acumen, business knowledge, and overall understanding of Dentsply Sirona.
• The program offers an excellent learning experience, opportunities to develop critical leadership & technical skills, and drive incremental value & change.
• Rotations are U.S. based.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in three one-year development rotations within the Finance Organization.
• Engage in real situations and projects.
• Gain cross-business experience.
• Interact with senior leadership.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Anticipated graduation May 2027 and prepared to start work full-time June 2027.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest/ability to work in a dynamic, challenging work environment.
• Good time management/organization skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.
• Data analytics experience preferred.
• Project management skills/exposure.
• Ability to temporarily relocate within the United States for rotational assignments.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
