Job Overview

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary

Qualifications

• Full-Time, Part-Time
• Available shifts: Opening, Morning, Overnight
• Location: Walmart Supercenter #3436, 700 W IRELAND RD, SOUTH BEND, IN, 46614, US

Compensation

• Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour
• Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional Compensation: Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives
• Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
• Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
