About the Role
Marsh Agency provides business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions. As a Client Service Specialist on the National Small Business Client Center Team, you will partner with Sales Center and Remarketing areas to ensure quality service.
- Office located in Greensboro. Onsite work for the first 12 months, hybrid option after.
- Salary range beginning at $50,000.
- Bonus Opportunities: New associates can earn up to $500 per quarter.
- Starting Shift: 10:15 am to 7:15 pm (earlier shifts awarded by seniority).
- Marsh Agency provides licensing courses and exams; two attempts to pass are given.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Center and Remarketing areas to ensure quality service.
- Remain knowledgeable of coverages and manage client expectations (internal and external).
- Maintain rapport with clients and company underwriters.
- Develop and grow existing accounts.
- Work collegially as a supportive member of the production team.
- Maintain open, effective communication and timely follow-up.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High School graduate or equivalent education and/or related experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially telephone demeanor.
- Independent thinking with an ambitious goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong team player work ethic and willingness to help reach all goals.
- Demonstrate proficiency of basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office products.
Qualifications (Plus, but not required)
- Property & Casualty Insurance Experience.
- Property & Casualty License.
