About the Role
The Analyst will be a key member of an experienced team building a world-class investment banking practice focused on healthcare companies. This position offers direct client CEO and CFO contact, significant responsibility, and opportunity for advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in client transactions, projects, or assignments as an Analyst of the investment banking team
- Interact with clients and internal banking team
- Assist in preparation of presentations for current and prospective clients
- Prepare valuation analyses of clients and targets
- Review business plans, conduct research and analyze financial statements
- Perform due diligence investigations
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- BS or BA in life sciences or finance; exemplary academic record. 2026 grads are welcome to apply.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including knowledge of financial accounting
- Highly motivated, energetic, personable and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, meritocratic, team-oriented work environment
