Technical Writer / Content Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Nachi America Inc. is seeking a Technical Writer / Marketing Content Specialist to transform complex technical information into compelling, customer-focused content. This role is ideal for someone who is a writer, researcher, storyteller, and marketer.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development & Technical Writing

• Create technically accurate, engaging content for various channels.
• Develop:
• Blog articles
• Case studies
• Product descriptions
• Website content
• Sales and marketing collateral
• Customer success stories
• White papers and technical resources
• Research industry trends and technical topics for manufacturing audiences.
• Translate complex engineering and technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly messaging.

Digital Marketing & SEO

• Optimize content using SEO best practices and keyword research.
• Support content marketing initiatives to improve brand visibility, website traffic, and customer engagement.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and marketing goals.

Social Media & Content Management

• Assist in managing Nachi America's social media presence.
• Develop content calendars and coordinate scheduled posts.
• Create compelling social media copy aligned with marketing objectives.
• Support community engagement and audience growth.

Graphic Design & Content Creation

• Design marketing graphics, social media content, presentations, and promotional materials using Canva.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop visually engaging content.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital and print marketing materials.
• Assist with graphic and video coordination for marketing campaigns.

Email Marketing & Newsletter Development

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and sales teams to create educational newsletters and customer communications.
• Build and manage content supporting lead generation, customer retention, and customer engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Interview subject matter experts to gather technical information and develop impactful content.
• Support strategic marketing initiatives promoting Nachi America's products and solutions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Technical Writing, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong research, interviewing, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Canva for creating marketing graphics, social media content, presentations, and promotional materials.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing technical, industrial, manufacturing, engineering, automation, or B2B content.
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Experience with content marketing and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, robotics, automation, industrial equipment, or engineered products.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and digital content management systems.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Base Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 (based on experience)
