Transportation Representative

About the Role

The Trans Ops Representative should be able to ideate process improvements and drive them to conclusion.

Key Responsibilities

• Communication with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
• Systematically escalate problems or variance in information and data to relevant owners and teams.
• Follow through on resolutions to ensure they are delivered.
• Create a narrative outlining weekly findings and variances to goals.
• Present findings in a review forum.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excel with advanced proficiency (pivots, lookups, etc.).
• Experience managing and/or coordinating projects in a fast-pace environment.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Master's degree or equivalent in operations research, applied mathematics, theoretical computer science, or equivalent, or a Master's degree and experience working for Amazon.
