About the Role

Plan B Consultancy is looking for an Article Assistant to work across Virtual CFO (VCFO) services, finance operations, and financial advisory. The role offers practical exposure to financial reporting, accounting, compliance, and business finance through live client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping, accounting entries, and account reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly MIS, financial statements, and management reporting.
• Support budgeting, financial analysis, and cash flow monitoring.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and related compliance activities.
• Assist with audit preparation, working papers, and documentation.
• Support client finance operations, startup advisory, and transaction-related assignments.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

• CA Intermediate – Both Groups Cleared.
• Strong fundamentals in accounting and taxation.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel; Tally or other accounting software preferred.
• Analytical ability, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
