About the Role
Parflow Engineering is seeking a Human Resource Intern.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
- Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.).
- Support other HR tasks as assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- MS Office Basic (Excel, Word).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Qualifications
- Any Basic Graduate Degree.
- Specialization in HR or MBA in HR is a plus point.
