Project Coordinator, Civil Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, technically oriented, and proactive professional to bridge the gap between project planning, technical documentation, and stakeholder coordination. This role offers broad exposure to real estate project planning, tendering, execution, documentation, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, stakeholders, deliverables, timelines, and pending tasks.
• Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, including basic AutoCAD modifications.
• Support project planning, execution tracking, tendering, procurement, and material specification coordination.
• Maintain project documentation, drawing records, meeting minutes, trackers, MIS reports, and management presentations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams; conduct site visits, monitor progress, and escalate issues to management.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfort working with documents and Excel sheets.
• Ability to understand drawings.
• Ability to follow project execution.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to independently follow up on assigned responsibilities.
• Basic AutoCAD modification skills.
