Key Responsibilities

• Providing Ayurvedic consultations.
• Conducting patient histories.
• Performing examinations.
• Developing personalized treatment plans.
• Monitoring patient progress.
• Maintaining accurate medical records.
• Prescribing Ayurvedic medicines under supervision.
• Guiding patients on diet, lifestyle, and follow-up care.
• Coordinating with clinic staff.
• Ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.
• Contributing to patient education initiatives and health camps.
• Full-time, on-site role in Mumbai.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Recognized BAMS degree with valid registration from the appropriate Ayurvedic medical council.
• Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, diagnostic methods (Nadi Pariksha, Prakriti assessment), and common therapeutic procedures.
• Ability to take detailed case histories, conduct clinical examinations, and document findings accurately.
• Proficiency in patient counseling on lifestyle, diet, and treatment adherence.
• Compassionate and professional bedside manner.
• Effective communication skills in English and local languages.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Basic familiarity with clinical documentation systems.
• Comfort with maintaining digital and paper records.
• Willingness to work full time on site in Mumbai, including weekends or extended hours as needed for patient care.
• Prior experience in an Ayurvedic clinic, cardiac or lifestyle medicine center is an advantage but not mandatory.
