About the Role

Next Angle Design Studio is a growing architectural and interior design firm specialising in innovative residential, commercial and industrial projects. We are seeking a passionate Junior Architect to join our team and contribute to exciting design projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, 2D plans, 3D models and presentation layouts.
• Develop design concepts based on client requirements.
• Visit project sites for measurements, inspections and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors and consultants.
• Attend client meetings and assist in project discussions.
• Follow up with project leads and support business development activities.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications and project documentation.
• Ensure projects are completed within timelines and design standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, V-Ray and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Revit is an added advantage.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits within Chennai.
• Self-motivated, organised and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
