Job Title: Customer Support Associate – US Healthcare (Voice)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare queries such as patient care, pharmacy support, grievance, and appeal cases.
• Provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure all data entry and updates are accurate and timely.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Adhere to compliance standards and data privacy regulations in healthcare (e.g., HIPAA).

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Typing Speed: Minimum 28 words per minute (WPM) with 98% accuracy.
• English Proficiency: B1H level or higher (excellent verbal and written communication skills).
• Basic understanding of US healthcare processes (patient care, claims, pharmacy support, or member call preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using MS Office tools and CRM systems is a plus.

• Shift Timings: Night Shift (Rotational).
• Week Off: Rotational.
