Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The Retail Sales Associate will engage with walk-in and referred customers, understand their financial needs, and present suitable products and services.

• Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and managers.

Qualifications

• Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills.
• Ability to convert leads into satisfied customers.
• Solid Product Knowledge to explain financial offerings and match them to customer needs.
• Effective Communication skills to interact confidently with diverse customers and internal teams.
• Strong Customer Service skills to handle queries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
• Motivated by targets.
• Basic numerical aptitude.
• Demonstrated integrity and reliability in handling customer information.
• Prior experience in retail or financial services sales is beneficial.
• Minimum of a high school diploma required.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and local languages commonly used in Mumbai is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak business days.
