About the Role
The Buyer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for goods and services supporting business operations. This full-time role, based on-site in Bengaluru, involves identifying sourcing needs, obtaining and evaluating quotations, negotiating pricing and terms with vendors, and issuing purchase orders in alignment with company policies.

- Maintaining accurate purchasing records
- Tracking delivery schedules
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely availability of materials and services
- Monitoring supplier performance
- Resolving order or invoice discrepancies
- Supporting continuous improvement in procurement efficiency and cost optimization
- Contributing to vendor relationship management
- Ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Procurement and sourcing skills, including vendor identification, RFQ/RFP management, and negotiation of pricing and commercial terms.
- Experience with purchase order creation, invoice reconciliation, and basic contract and compliance review in a corporate environment.
- Ability to analyze costs, compare proposals, and use data to support purchasing decisions and budget adherence.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with finance, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with ERP or procurement systems and standard office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple requests, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) are a plus.
- Prior experience in procurement or supply chain within technology, life sciences, or related industries is highly beneficial.
