Your Role And Responsibilities

- Eager to learn a wide range of IBM and open-source packages, with a particular bias on Automation technologies.
- You will be a self-starter, requiring limited supervision or guidance.
- Possess good communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- This is a high-profile project at the core of IBM's new strategy surrounding Workflow Automation.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure high standards are met.
Requirements & Tech Stack
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for learning and an interest in working with IBM and open-source technologies.
- A solid base of programming languages.
- Languages and technologies include Go, Java, Python, or other scripting languages.
- Skills with React, Redux, Node.JS, JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS.
- Foundational knowledge of AI application development: LangChain, LangGraph, FastAPI, RAG, MCP tools & Generative AI skills.
- Database Concepts and familiar with common DBs like PostgresDB, MySql, ChromeDB.
- Participate in DevOps and CI/CD initiatives.
- Backend with Python / Java / GoLang as tech stack.
- Skills with Test Tools such as Jest, Cypress, Codecept.
- Knowledge on building API driven interfaces.
- Knowledge on API testing and API automation.
- Knowledge on test automation development using Ansible, Python.
- Experience working with GitHub as source code control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Highly motivated Graduate Engineers with skills in Full Stack Development, AI Engineering, DevOps.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Knowledge on any cloud services, including IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- DevOps experience.
- Knowledge on Kubernetes, Docker, Red Hat OpenShift.
- Experience with Linux systems.
