Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
- Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates regarding schedules and updates.
- Conducting candidate follow-ups and maintaining recruitment trackers.
- Supporting onboarding activities, including offer letter coordination and document collection.
- Maintaining employee records, HR databases, and recruitment documentation.
- Assisting with attendance tracking, leave management, and daily HR operations.
