About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role. The role involves creating visual concepts and designs for marketing materials, digital assets, social media content, internal communications, and patient-facing collateral, ensuring alignment with Kauvery Hospital’s brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop layouts, select typography, design logos and brand elements, and prepare artwork for print and digital channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and administrative teams to understand requirements, translate them into effective visual solutions, and maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Adapt designs based on feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
• Understanding of digital and print production processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating healthcare or corporate design work.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Proficiency in Typography and layout design for clear, accessible, and engaging communication materials.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, interpret briefs, and present design concepts clearly.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in healthcare or service industries is an advantage.
