The Role: Operations Executive
You will be instrumental in bringing businesses online, ensuring each launch is timely, complete, and accurate. You will be the primary point of contact on the ground for our partner businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Run data collection on the ground at partner businesses, collaborating with owners and their teams.
- Gather all necessary information to digitize businesses, including products, prices, rooms, menus, and other details, ensuring absolute accuracy.
- Verify completeness and correctness of all collected data before a business goes live.
- Maintain client progress in a tracker to prevent delays.
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience with spreadsheets and new tools.
- Daily use of AI tools.
- Comfortable working on the ground and traveling across the city.
- Willingness to work on-field with confidence and rigor.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years in on-field operations.
- Freshers with exceptional organization, quick learning ability, and a proactive field work attitude are encouraged to apply.
