The Role: Operations Intern
GetPorted is changing how people buy from real places by connecting online and in-person commerce. Customers can now view and buy items from physical locations directly through their phones.
Key Responsibilities
- Run data collection on the ground at partner businesses, working with owners and their teams.
- Gather necessary information to bring a business online, including products, prices, rooms, and menus, ensuring accuracy.
- Verify that all information is complete and correct before going live.
- Track client progress to ensure timely completion.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and new tools.
- Daily use of AI tools.
- Willingness to be on the ground and travel across the city for most days.
Qualifications
- A student or recent graduate.
- Organised, quick, and careful with details.
