About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Trainee to join our team and gain hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, UGC, creator marketing, and AI-powered content workflows. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, digital trends, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing social media strategies for multiple brands.
• Support the creation of content calendars and social media campaigns.
• Write captions, social media copies, and content briefs.
• Research trending topics, viral content formats, and platform updates.
• Assist in creating ideas for Reels, Shorts, carousels, and other social-first content.
• Support UGC and creator collaboration initiatives.
• Monitor social media channels, audience engagement, comments, and messages.
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
• Track content performance and assist in preparing reports and insights.
• Use AI tools for content research, ideation, and productivity support.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams on ongoing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0–6 months of experience or relevant internship experience in social media or content marketing.
• Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
• Familiarity with Canva and basic content creation tools.
• Awareness of social media trends, creator culture, and short-form video content.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication, writing, and creative thinking skills.
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.
