Human Resource Trainee

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Trainee with a major focus on talent acquisition. The HR Trainee will work closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the recruitment cycle right from searching/sourcing and screening resumes and calling candidates.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to actively source potential candidates.
• Job Posting on LinkedIn, Social Media Platforms and referral Boards.
• Assist in building a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and priorities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0-6 months of experience in related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
