Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Answer questions about product features, pricing, and promotions
• Assist customers with purchases, payments, and order processing
• Maintain product displays and ensure the sales area is clean and organized
• Monitor stock levels and report inventory shortages when necessary
• Support daily sales activities and help achieve sales targets
• Handle customer feedback and resolve basic concerns
• Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
• Work with team members to provide a pleasant shopping experience

Requirements & Tech Stack

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude
• Basic numerical and computer skills
• Willingness to learn about products and sales techniques
• Responsible, punctual, and well-organized
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays when required
