About the Role
HZ Services LLC specializes in the custom fabrication of ASME piping, code pressure vessels, and steel structures, evolving into a holistic provider of construction and production solutions. This role as an Assistant for Fleet Maintenance is a full-time, on-site position in Delhi, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily organization and control of HZ Services LLC's vehicle fleet.
- Coordinate maintenance and inspection appointments.
- Document repairs.
- Maintain vehicle records.
- Liaise with workshops and suppliers.
- Monitor the technical condition of vehicles.
- Report anomalies.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Support the planning of vehicle deployment.
- Assist in optimizing routes and availability.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in vehicle or fleet management.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and technical vehicle components.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Structured working methods.
- Proficiency with digital management and documentation systems.
- Good communication skills for collaboration with drivers, workshops, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of occupational safety, legal regulations in the fleet sector, and quality standards in an industrial environment.
- Reliability, sense of responsibility, resilience, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- English language skills are desirable.
- Experience in a manufacturing/construction company is desirable.
Qualifications
- Completed schooling.
- A technical or logistics education is an advantage.
