- Process Associate position with fixed shift timing.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer inquiries and requests.
- Handle non-voice tasks.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to understand and give instructions accurately.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Basic computer skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- English speaking preferred.
- English communication skills.
- Good in typing writing (35 - 45 WPM).
- Flexible to work in fixed shifts.
- Candidates residing within a 15 KMS radius are preferred.
Shift Timings
- Night Shift: 09:30 PM to 06:30 AM.
- Week off: Saturday or Sunday.
- No Cab provided.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate.
- 2023, 2024 & 2025 passed out can apply.
