- Cross-functional Coordination: Work with Sales, Key Account Management, Finance, Operations, Admin, and Technology teams to obtain missing information, resolve discrepancies, and close pending cases.
- Data Updates & Change Control: Review requests for data changes, verify supporting evidence and approvals, coordinate authorized updates, and maintain accurate records of changes made.
- Tracking & Process Improvement: Maintain trackers for discrepancies and pending cases, monitor resolution timelines, identify recurring data issues, and recommend improvements to verification processes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to checking information.
- Good logical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and trace information across multiple sources.

- Basic to good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfort working with web-based portals and learning new digital tools.
Qualifications
