About the Role
- This is a complete field sales role.
- The role seeks to drive business volume through the Direct Sales Agent (DSA) channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve business targets and manage a healthy portfolio for Formal LAP business.
- Ensure timely repayments and control customer exits.
Qualifications
- Must have completed MBA or equivalent Post Graduate degree in Management in 2026.
- Must have scored 60% and above in graduation.
- Must not have worked anywhere.
- Must know the local language along with Hindi and English.
- Must have presentable communication skills.
