Job Overview

Macsen Laboratories is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Associate. This role is crucial for driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and strengthening customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads in intended geographies for all products and services.
• Initiate conversations with prospective customers through outbound campaigns (e.g., tele-calling, emails) to build a pipeline of new customers.
• Understand and communicate the benefits of Macsen Laboratories' products and services to targeted customers.
• Identify prospective customers and lucrative geographies for expansion through market and competitor research.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for development and closure.
• Drive marketing campaigns through emails, content writing, etc.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate or post-graduate in any discipline (preferably from a Science Background).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with a high level of integrity and work ethic.
• Flexibility to attend to clients according to different time zones in various countries.
