Key Responsibilities
- Work towards monthly and daily targets.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
- Ensure adherence to SOP at the store.
- Ensure adherence to store etiquette and store timing.
- Assist the store manager in stock management.
- Complete all trainings within the defined timeline.
Sales Tasks
- Invite customers to the outlet (customer approaching).
- Introduce customers to the concept of MYOP.
- Demonstrate and present products.
- Support customers in identifying the right perfume.
Store Operations Tasks
- Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising.
- Conduct stock audits.
- Complete DSR and daily checklists.
- Place stock requests to HO.
- Validate and receive stock.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating to Cx dept if required.
Qualifications
- Preferably graduates with 2 years of experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion towards sales.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
