About the Role
The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across CIEL Media’s social platforms, aligned with ongoing shows, interviews, and brand narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in social media content creation (posts, clips, captions, stories, and reels).
- Monitor engagement and respond to audience interactions where appropriate.
- Gather insights to refine content strategies.
- Track performance metrics.
- Identify trends.
- Collaborate with the content and production teams to ensure consistency in tone and visual identity.
- Coordinate with the team during shoots, edits, and campaign launches.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn) and current content trends.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools and performance metrics for social media.
Qualifications
- Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in culture, entertainment, and entrepreneurship.
- Prior internship or project experience in media or content creation is an advantage.
